BRUSSELS—Join the Institute for Policy Innovation (IPI) and ThinkTEL on Tuesday, 14 October, for a lively policy discussion and briefing that will provide a perspective on current policy debates regarding communications network management in the EU.
Discussants will move beyond the sound bytes and explore questions such as: What is the state of broadband deployment in the EU? What exactly is ‘network management?’ What are the needs for managing networks? What is the impact on institutions and the consumer?
