Thank you for your interest in attending IPI’s annual World IP Day event on April 25 on Capitol Hill.
We are notifying you that we’ve made the decision to cancel this event upon learning that a special joint session of Congress has been scheduled for French President Macron at exactly the time as our program. This unfortunate scheduling makes it impossible for Members of Congress to speak at our event, and will almost certainly impact the ability of our attendees to access the event due to the additional security and congestion caused by a joint session of Congress.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but please stay tuned for some exciting Capitol Hill events we are planning in the near future featuring discrete IP topics, such as IP and trade, the Stronger Patents Act effort, and music licensing.
