On December 1, the Institute for Policy Innovation hosted an insightful policy briefing on how woke culture is infecting and threatening medicine in the United States with former Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services and expert on health policy Tevi Troy.
According to Troy, there seems to be an effort by the woke to change the way medical services are delivered to patients, and even the way doctors and medical professionals are trained. And there are worrying signs that disturbing ideas like preferential treatment for minorities and “oppressed classes” may be gaining traction within the healthcare community.
