In an interview with KLIF's Grant Stinchfield, IPI's Dr. Merrill Matthews says it's no surprise that the Obama administration has officially killed the Keystone XL, regardless that phases of the Keystone pipeline have been running for years with no problem, and even the State Department has reported the project would do no harm to the environment and would also create jobs. So can anything be done to revive the project?
