All eyes are on the city of Denton, Texas to see whether citizens will vote this November to impose a ban on fracking. IPI president Tom Giovanetti took part in a debate on the issue hosted by the Denton County Republican Assembly on September 2, in which he spoke in favor of property rights, energy exploration, and in opposition to the ban.
