For the third year in a row, middle class families are facing double digit price increases if they don’t qualify for an Obamacare subsidy, and now the nation’s largest insurer, Unitedhealth, has told investors it might exit the Obamacare exchanges. It is an embarrassment to the writers of the law if the insurers are forced out of Obamacare’s exchanges because of losses, IPI’s Merrill Matthews tells "Janet Mefferd Today," but Democrats may force the insurers to stay and sell in the exchanges.
