Actually, the discourse has been very civil. Most of the NGOs are actually very civil to each other, at least this time. But I'm sure they regard my interventions as poorly as I regard theirs.
Everytime someone says something positive about IP, the guy to my left snickers and snorts. He almost worked up to a chortle while the U.S. was giving it's proposal on Wednesday afternoon.
I'm sure he'll enjoy hearing the Brazilian delegate pick apart the U.S. proposal phrase-by-phrase Thursday morning.
