WIPO's new development agenda discussions begin
Monday (Feb. 20), and will run through
Friday (Feb. 24). And IPI will be there as an accredited observer organization,
and I'll be blogging live whenever developments warrant.
I've previously covered the development agenda discussions that took place in 2005. The result was a number (52) of blog entries on this site, which you can find if you simply type "development agenda" in the search box to the right of this entry here on IPBlog.
I'll simply draw specific attention to a single blog entry from 2005 on the development agenda, because it is where I tried to explain the basics, and revealed my own biases and perspective.
